Alan Wray Tudyk was born on March 16, 1971 , and an actor from the United States. His film credits include the film 28 Days in 2000, the medieval adventure A Knight's Tale in 2001, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story in 2004, and voicing Sonny in I, Robot in 2004. He also appeared in the Western thriller 3:10 to Yuma in 2007 and led the black comedy horror film Tucker & Dale vs. Evil in 2010. Tudyk has also been featured in Transformers: Dark of the Moon in 2011, 42 in 2013, Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials in 2015, and the historical drama Trumbo in 2015. Since 2012, he has lent his voice to characters in every Walt Disney Animation Studios film . Tudyk is also known for his television roles portraying Wash in the cult-favorite space Western Firefly from 2002 to 2003.
